About Me

Neil George is the former editor of Lifetime Income Report, Income On Demand and Total Income Alert— investment advisories dedicated to finding Wall Street’s best yields published by Agora Financial.

Before joining Agora Financial, Neil was the editor of Personal Finance and oversaw investment journals in the United States, Germany and other countries.

He’s been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, Bloomberg, CNN, NBC, CBS and more.

He got his start with Merrill Lynch International Bank, working in Vienna. They sent him to Geneva, London and New York.

He's also worked in South Africa, Hong Kong and Beijing. From there he went on to hold senior positions in what is now US Bank and British-, South African- and Chinese-based Investec PLC.

His long career has included stints as a bond trader. In the 1980s, he successfully gambled on a New Zealand turnaround, at one point becoming the country’s single largest debt holder.

He also once managed a fixed-income fund worth over $1 billion. In addition, he worked to build a collection of independent public and private brokerage and fund management companies in Los Angeles and New York.

His specialties include investment banking, bond trading, and brokerage and asset management. Neil earned an MBA in international finance from Webster University in Europe and his bachelor’s degree in economics from Kings College.

When he is not scouring Wall Street for ultra-high dividends, he serves as an adjunct professor and board member of Webster University's Walker School of Business and Technology.

He’s occasionally given finance lectures at the prestigious Shanghai University of Finance.  For fun he collects wine and sports cars, as well as travels extensively. And he’s a big fan of both watching and playing golf.
